Napoli - Veduta da Posillipo The idea for this website came from a love of Naples and its great classical songs.
If it weren't for Naples and its irresistible charm, we wouldn't have our invaluable patrimony of now legendary songs identified all over the world with Italian music.

We hope we'll be able to make our small contribution to supporting, promoting and defending this tradition, which is our culture and, as such, our pride.
We know that Neapolitan songs are the mothers of all songs.

Great singers, from Caruso to Pavarotti, have measured themselves against these eternal melodies.

Unfortunately the cultural deterioration, which has tormented Naples and Italy over the past few decades, has made many people insensitive to and unaware of the huge patrimony we have inherited. The inevitable consequence of this is that the magnificent classical production stopped during the post war period.

Fenesta 'e Marechiaro - ParticolareWhilst the interest in our glorious musical history, which found a perfect union between popular song and classical music in Neapolitan songs, is strong and alive abroad, we Italians often don't realise the wealth of our inheritance.

Over the past few decades, the goldmine of Neapolitan music seems to have been completely depleted. However, we're convinced this is only due to indifference, and believe that radios, televisions and stereos all over the world will soon be broadcasting genuine Neapolitan songs again.

Although we're well-aware there currently appears to be a lack of singers who are really able to do justice to this great, thrilling repertoire, an amazing surprise is on the horizon.

Our thanks to all of you who support our commitment to – real - Neapolitan music.

God bless Naples, Neapolitan music and all those who love them.
